Tokebe is only an intermediary/platform that helps users discover and contact each other. We are not a party to any communication, agreement, booking, or transaction between users.
2. No endorsement or guarantee
We do not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any user, professional, listing, service, price, or outcome. Rankings and reviews are decision-support information only.
3. Your responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating one another, agreeing terms, complying with the law, and for the quality, safety, timeliness, and legality of any work and payment.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokebe is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, dispute, injury, or claim arising from or related to interactions, agreements, services, or transactions between users. The service is provided "as is" and used at your own risk.
5. Documents created with our tools
Quotations, agreements, and other documents created with our tools are templates provided for the parties' convenience. Tokebe is not a party to them, provides no legal advice, and makes no warranty as to their suitability or enforceability. Seek your own independent legal advice.
6. Payments (where applicable)
Any payment, fund-hold, or escrow feature is operated together with licensed third-party payment providers and is also subject to their terms.
7. Reporting & removal
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, but we are not obligated to monitor all content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
