    Account details (name, mobile number, email), your profile and listings, identity-verification documents (ID and selfie) when you choose to verify, messages sent through the platform, and basic usage and device information.

  2. 2. How we use it

    To run the marketplace, verify identities, connect buyers and professionals, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve Tokebe.

  3. 3. Contact details are private

    A professional's contact information is kept private and is only revealed after a paid unlock or with their consent. We ask for explicit PDPA consent before a professional monetizes their contact details.

  4. 4. How we share data

    We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (such as hosting and, in future, payment processors) under data-protection agreements, or where required by law.

  5. 5. Identity documents

    KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff for the purpose of verification.

  6. 6. Your rights under PDPA

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

    We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language, and understand how the site is used.

    We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
